have a look at this picture.

I walk barefooted constantly in the summer, and it's wonderful. But recently i've noticed something, this small area below the toe of my right foot seems to never touch the ground. Most of my foot touches the ground and dewelops a strong and sturdy sole, but this part remains sensitive and shod-like. As i squeeze said area, (on the picture, it's the circular area beneath the toe) i feel that on my left foot, there's a protective kind of pad underneath, but on the right foot, this pad sems to be missing. What could i do to remedy this? It's not much of a issue, but i recognize that it's making my balance worse than it could be. Do i just walk barefooted and hope it remedies itself?

  2. Hi Letehn - I am not sure exactly what part of your foot is the problem. It may help if you could load a photo of your foot. In general, not every part of the bottom of our foot needs to touch the ground when walking.
